Create a Script

When you are ready to make your selections for your wedding ceremony, please click on the link below.  This action will open the form in a new browser.  Then cut and paste your selections from this website into the form (all in one sitting).

When complete, click "submit" and wait for a confirmation that says your submissions have been sent.  That information will be forwarded to your Officiant, and will be used to format your wedding ceremony.  Your Officiant will send you a copy of the formatted script to review before your wedding day.
